# Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant

**Salary:** SGD $900 – $1,900 (Part-Time)

**Location:** Singapore TUAS Road

## Job Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry.

• Prepare and process payments (bank transfer, PayNow, GIRO, etc.).

• Match invoices with Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO).

• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Maintain proper filing of invoices and payment records.

• Assist with monthly AP closing and reporting.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding payment enquiries.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

## Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or AutoCount) is an advantage.

• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

## Working Hours

• Part-Time (Flexible hours, 3–5 days per week)

## Salary

* **SGD $900 – $1,900** (depending on experience and working hours)
