What will my day-to-day look like?

• Be the friendly voice that answers inquiries from parents and students, providing detailed information about our courses and services.
• Manage essential administrative tasks with precision, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
• Coordinate seamlessly with our team of educators, ensuring they have all they need to deliver outstanding lessons.
• Handle billing and fee collection with accuracy and professionalism.
• Be hands-on in preparing educational materials, ensuring everything is ready for an enriching learning experience.
• Can be flexible in work arrangement for Part Time work for 2 weekday, and need to commit to 1 weekend at least.
• Working hours will be Weekday 5pm to 9pm, Weekend 8.30am to 6.30pm

• You have prior experience working in tuition centres, understanding the unique needs of this environment.
• Your organizational skills are second to none, and you handle administrative tasks with ease and accuracy.
• You're a natural communicator, able to engage effectively with both parents and students.
• You're proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the learning experience.
