We are looking for a passionate E-commerce Operations Intern to join our team, develop practical skills in online business operations, and grow alongside our company.

About the Role
This internship supports the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms. You will assist with product listings, order processes, performance tracking, and campaign execution while gaining hands-on experience in online retail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing marketplace platforms & the company website
• Support product listing, price updates & inventory checks
• Monitor orders & coordinate with logistics
• Track sales performance & prepare weekly reports
• Assist in campaign setup (promotions, vouchers, etc.)
• Handle customer inquiries with team guidance

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing/E-Commerce
• Strong interest in online retail
• Detail-oriented, proactive & eager to learn
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
