Job Description

• Coordinate and organise events/workshops
• Assist in preparing workshops/event proposals and budgets
• Attend meetings/get event briefs from clients and customers
• Onsite event/workshop execution
• Assist with fragrance bar and fragrance booth set up and operations
• Manage inventory in lab, storeroom and for events/workshops

Requirements

• Articulate and excellent communication skills
• A can-do attitude with attention to details
• Collaborative and responsible
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Positive and energetic personality
• Passionate and willing to learn
• Preferable if can start immediately but not mandatory

Pay: From $1,000.00 per month
