• Provide first-level technical support for IT networking devices, surveillance systems, and smart home products via phone, email, or remote tools.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and smart home devices.
• Support configuration and maintenance of network connectivity, CCTV/IP camera systems including NVRs/DVRs, and remote viewing applications.
• Document customer issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to senior technical staff.
• Help maintain internal knowledge bases and FAQs.
• Participate in testing new products and preparing setup documentation or guides.
• Provide on-site support (if applicable) under supervision.

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Technical Support Trainee (Internship) to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in Network, WiFi, LAN Setup, CCTV/IP Cameras, Smart Access Control, and Ai smart home technologies. You will assist our technical team in resolving customer issues, configuring systems, and supporting installations and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for IT networking devices, surveillance systems, and smart home products via phone, email, or remote tools.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, NAT, etc.) added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
