Qualifications:

•  Possess a Degree, Diploma or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field • Able to write and speak in English is necessary - Exceptional communication skills 
•  Knowledgeable in Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act, 1967 or Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 will be an added advantage 
•  Has good computer knowledge/skills will be an added advantage 
•  Able to maintain confidentiality when handling documents/informations 
•  Proactive in initiatives and suggestions towards company’s betterment 
•  Has good people-skills and able to communicate well 

Responsibilities and Tasks:

•  Collaborate on developing and compiling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline our operations. 
•  Help maintain and organize company assets, ensuring assets are well cared for and efficiently utilized. 
•  Contribute to crafting HR policies that comply with industry standards and foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment. 
•  Partner with department heads to manage staff attendance and welfare, ensuring a balanced and supportive work environment. 
•  Assist in identifying training needs and organizing developmental programs that empower our employees to reach their full potential. 
•  Support the onboarding process, helping new hires integrate smoothly into the company 
•  Assist the HR team in the performance review process, ensuring that feedback is constructive and growth-oriented. • Contribute to creating a vibrant and collaborative office atmosphere where team spirit thrives, and employees feel valued and motivated. 
•  Assist in event planning and management for company events/ celebration
•  Take on various HR-related or ad-hoc projects and tasks that will challenge and develop skills
