Department : Halal & Government Relations

JOB SCOPE

i. Assist in executing the Company’s Halal and Bumi programs and initiatives, ensuring activities are well-organized and aligned with departmental objectives and expected outcomes.

ii. Consolidate, monitor, and analyze program and project outcomes, and support the preparation of reports with high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness

iv. Contribute to developing and updating content that promotes the Company’s halal initiatives across the Halal4Pharma website, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Monitor and analyze platform performance to help optimize engagement and reach.

v. Assist in coordinating academic learning visits, public outreach programs, and community engagement activities to promote awareness of the Company’s mission and values.

vi. Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.

REQUIREMENT

- Background : Any Degree, preferably Halal, Business Administration, and Management

- Computer knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Can work with all levels of internal and external personnel

- A good arranger with adequate diplomacy

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

- Possess strong communication skills and a good team player
