Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in generating leads and maintaining client databases.
• Help organize appointments, sales visits, and client meetings.
• Support preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Collect and report client feedback to assist the sales team.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Help develop marketing materials (brochures, emails, presentations).
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Support tracking of marketing performance and report insights.

Learning Opportunities:

• Gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within the IT/software industry.
• Learn client relationship management, marketing strategies, and business analytics.
• Exposure to professional business communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
