Job Summary

Join Tanglin Medical Clinic as a Clinic Assistant working hourly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to support patient registration, appointment scheduling, medication dispensing, and assist medical staff with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and schedule appointments efficiently to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Perform administrative tasks including answering phone calls to support daily clinic workflow
• Prepare and dispense medications following clinic protocols when required
• Monitor and maintain drug stock levels to ensure availability of necessary supplies
• Assist the doctor during medical procedures as needed to facilitate patient care
• Type medical reports using standard formatting to maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking patients to provide clear information and support
• Collaborate with team members to complete additional duties assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in a medical or clinical support role is preferred to perform duties effectively
• Basic computer skills to manage patient records and administrative tasks

• Location: 360 Orchard Road #07-04, International Building (Orchard MRT), Singapore
• Working Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 per hour
