Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
- Assist in Employment Pass and S Pass applications, renewals, and other MOM-related matters.
- Liaise with local government agencies (e.g. MOM, CPF Board) and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.
- Support HR administration, including maintaining HR databases, personnel files, and HR systems.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and HR projects.
- Prepare HR reports and support ad-hoc HR assignments.
Qualification:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
