Responsibilities

Job scope includes adminwork

• Assist in preparing Delivery Order, Purchase Orders, processing customer orders, and invoicing customers.

• Maintain stock and follow up supplier/vendor orders

• Maintain a properfiling system for invoices and documents basedon projects.

• Provide administrative supportand coordinate betweenthe project team and externalcustomers.

• Perform data entry work to ensurethe accuracy and confidentiality of the information captured in thesystem.

• Support all administrative and backend functionsfor the group.

• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Atleast a Diploma in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology or equivalent.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Self-motivated and dynamicpersonality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Independent, organized, meticulous, team player and a fast worker.

• Good analytical and problem solvingskills.

• Ability to maintaina positive attitudeat all times.
