Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up laptops, emails, and other necessary accounts.

• Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency in work processes.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.

• Participate in IT projects and initiatives to enhance the company's technology landscape.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a polytechnic program, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of IT systems and networks.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and a proactive approach.
