About the Internship

Are you looking for a high-impact sales internship that offers real-world field experience rather than desk-bound paperwork? Nibou is looking for an ambitious, target-driven Sales Representative Intern to assist in managing and expanding our retail distribution network across the Klang Valley and Pahang territories.

You will work alongside senior leadership and field representatives, gaining hands-on experience in retail merchandising, territory management, and B2B negotiations for major consumer brands (including Nibou Jelly and CocoTapir).

What You Will Do

1. Territory & Account Support: Assist in managing and expanding the retail distribution network across supermarkets, hypermarkets, and local retailers in Klang Valley and Pahang.
2. Field Merchandising: Perform regular retail store visits to ensure high product visibility, optimal shelf placement, and proper stock levels.
3. Outstation Operations: Participate in planned outstation field trips to Pahang to service existing accounts and audit retail displays.
4. Sales Target Execution: Learn and apply FMCG field-sales strategies to support the team in achieving regional monthly sales quotas.
5. Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with store managers, supervisors, and local distributors to secure prime merchandising space.
