Mail Handling & Distribution

• Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail, parcels, and courier items.
• Prepare, label, and dispatch outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organised mailroom.

Record Keeping & Tracking

• Log all incoming/outgoing packages with recipient info and delivery status.
• Track urgent/special deliveries for timely follow-up.

Liaison & Coordination

• Coordinate with courier/postal services for collections and deliveries.
• Notify staff of package arrivals or delays.

General Administration & Support

• Monitor and restock mailroom supplies.
• Support basic office tasks like filing, photocopying, and internal document delivery.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and security protocols.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior mailroom/logistics/admin support experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Skills & Attributes:
  Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  Able to lift and move packages (up to 15–20kg)
  Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, tracking systems)
  Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
