This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking professional experience as an intern. You will be working within a purpose driven multinational organisation on global HR projects that support learning & development and employee experiences across the Group. Through this internship, you will learn how to operate in a challenging and supportive environment where you can practice new skills and gain valuable experiences.

Global projects you will support:

• Group-wide leadership development programmes
• Diversity, inclusion and belonging training for sea and shore based employees
• Employee engagement and well-being programmes

Learning opportunities from this internship:

• Understand what is involved in developing and running group-wide development programmes
• Liaise with multiple external partners who support the success of our programmes
• Communicate with participants internationally to support their learning experience
• Develop learning and engagement content for employees
• Support invoice processing of learning and development projects
• Learn from a supportive HR team to development broader knowledge of HR
• Any other adhoc tasks as appropriate

• Keen interest to learn and develop one's personal and professional capabilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisation skills
• Well versed in using Microsoft Office suite
