User Communications Executive | Remote Opportunity

Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional support to users through live chat and email.
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Deliver a positive user experience while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Adhere to company policies and service procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and typing); basic English communication is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, online support, or user operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems simultaneously.
• Must have a personal computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fresh graduates with good Mandarin communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
