The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall profitability, the front-of-house and back-of-house operations of the restaurant . He/She works closely with the team to ensure customer needs and the food hygiene standards are fulfilled.

He manages food and beverage operations for the whole outlets. He plans for the operational budgets, and is expected to design continuous improvement activities for the outlet. He also recommends initiatives to minimise customer service performance gaps, and monitors the outlets compliance to service, food hygiene, safety and other standards.

Well-groomed and resourceful, he possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and maintains composure in stressful situations. He is able to work with multi-cultural teams and customers.

Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:

1. Plan continuous improvement activities within the outlet.

2. Analyse inventory levels to propose purchases for the outlet

3. Deploy customer service standards within the outlet to drive organisation's customer experience goal

4. Monitor team's compliance with the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures and policies, maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of premises. And implement food safety and hygiene inspection policies and procedures.

2. Develop customer acquisition strategies to foster customer relationships and attract new customers. Manage communication across various customer touch points to ensure a consistent and pleasant dining experience

3. Prepare and manage the outlet’s operational budgets, carry out forecasting, monitor budget utilisation, identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective budgeting and cost management strategies to improve operational efficiency and overall business profitability.
