Job Descriptions:

• Take responsibility for QS-related tasks for assigned projects under guidance from management.
• Manage company profiles and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Handle renewal of company permits and licenses (CIDB, PKK, SPAN).
• Prepare and manage tender documents, site measurements, and in-progress claims.
• Verify contractor/supplier claims and track project costs to stay within budget.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports, progress claims, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with project director, contractors, clients, and other staff for smooth project execution.
• Learn and use UBS billing or other company software effectively.
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Quantity Surveying.
• Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel in or outside Klang Valley for site visits.
• Must have motorbike or car license.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and willing to learn new software/tools.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
