We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Business Administration Tutor to support undergraduate students in achieving academic success.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one or small-group undergraduate Business Administration lessons.
• Explain business concepts clearly using practical examples and case studies.
• Assist students with tutorials, assignments, presentations, projects, and examination preparation.
• Prepare customised lesson plans and learning materials based on each student's university syllabus.
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct lessons professionally online and/or face-to-face.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Previous experience teaching or tutoring undergraduate Business Administration modules is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with bilingual students.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, responsible, and passionate about teaching.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, ClassIn, etc.) is an advantage.
