We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and art-loving Part-Time Gallery Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and would like to gain experience working in an art gallery environment. You will play an important role in welcoming visitors, assisting with gallery operations, and helping us share the stories of our artists through social media.

Working Schedule

Part-time commitment of 3 days per week, consisting of Two weekdays and one weekend required

Working hours: 11:30 am – 7pm

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage gallery visitors, providing a warm and informative experience.

Support basic gallery administration and daily operations.

Assist with exhibition setup, artwork preparation, and gallery arrangements.

Create and support social media content, including photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content.

About You

Interested in art

Friendly and approachable

Proactive, responsible, and able to work efficiently.

Comfortable using social media platforms and creating simple photo/video content.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or the arts is welcome but not required.

About Our Gallery

We work with local artists and artists based in Singapore, presenting their works and sharing their stories with our audience. We actively create social media content featuring artists, artworks, and behind-the-scenes moments to help people better understand and connect with the creative process.
