Service Experience Executive (Remote)

We are seeking a Service Experience Executive (Remote) to provide professional support through digital communication channels. In this role, you will assist users by resolving enquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth service experience across various customer touchpoints.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, resolving issues, and working in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via live chat and email.
• Assist users with account-related matters, transactions, and general service enquiries.
• Identify issues, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up when required.
• Provide accurate information to customers while maintaining a consistent standard of service.

Working Hours

This position follows a rotating shift schedule:

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Contact Centre, or similar customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Able to manage multiple enquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and online support systems.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Employment Details

• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
• Salary: RM3,000 per month
• Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
