Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and deactivate HRMS user accounts.
• Maintain user roles and access permissions based on approval.
• Provide first-level support for HRMS users.
• Assist employees with login issues and system navigation.
• Escalate technical issues to the HRMS team or vendor.
• Record, track, and follow up system bugs and enhancement request.
• Assist in maintaining employee master data within the HRMS.
• Assist in HR data migration from legacy systems.
• Verify migrated data accuracy and completeness.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
