Job Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team in enhancing the company's online presence and supporting marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

• Manage the company's social media platforms by scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content.
• Create engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, captions, and promotional materials.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company website to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
• Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement and campaign results.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of website management (WordPress or similar CMS) is an added advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 months.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
