Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing and administrative teams in our factory. The successful candidate will ensure quality control, cost efficiency, and technology upgrades while maintaining smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Monitoring: Supervise manufacturing and administrative teams, ensuring discipline, productivity, and compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Implement inspection routines and maintain high standards across production processes.
• Cost Control: Optimize material usage, reduce waste, and manage budgets effectively.
• Technology Innovation: Support adoption of modern machinery, automation, and monitoring systems.
• Process Improvement: Introduce lean manufacturing practices and streamline workflows.

Desired Experience

• Sheet Metal Fabrication: Exposure to laser cutting, bending, stamping, or welding is preferred. Candidates with general fabrication experience are encouraged to apply.
• Plastic Production: Knowledge of plastic molding is an advantage, but related industrial production experience will be considered.
• Quality & Cost Management: Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, reduce defects, or manage budgets in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership: Supervising diverse teams, resolving workplace challenges, and motivating staff.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations management or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

What We Offer

• RM7,000–RM12,000/month, depending on experience.
