Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in in accounts and administration.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Issuance of Invoices (Including E-Invoices as required by LHDN) & their reconciliation.
• Prepare and up-date full set of accounting record (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & etc.)
• Perform vendor payments and customer receipts.
• E-Invoicing Reconciliation Report.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
