You will assist in various talent acquisition activities, supporting the end-to-end hiring process and gaining insights into HR operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of recruitment records.
• Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
