We’re Hiring: Part-Time Sales & Administration Executive

Join Bestminds Academy, Singapore’s premium Primary Science tuition centre, and grow with our expanding team.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys speaking with parents, converting enquiries into enrolments, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

• Location: Bukit Timah Shopping Centre
• Work arrangement: Fully on-site
• Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Schedule: 9 am to 2 pm, with a one-hour lunch break
• Rest days: Saturday and Sunday

What You’ll Do

• Call prospective parents and follow up on enquiries
• Convert enquiries into student enrolments
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records
• Onboard new students and mail learning materials
• Coordinate homework, marking and student feedback
• Generate invoices and receipts using Xero
• Support general administration and daily operations

Salary & Benefits

• S$1,200 gross per month during the three-month probation
• S$1,500 gross per month upon successful confirmation
• Attractive sales commission
• 13th-month bonus

• 10 days of annual leave
• Medical and hospitalisation leave in accordance with MOM requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience is required
• Confident speaking with parents and following up on leads
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised, meticulous, proactive and dependable
• Comfortable using computers and Google Workspace
• Familiar with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
• Experience using Xero is advantageous but not essential
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• Able to work on-site at Bukit Timah Shopping Centre

This is both a sales and administrative position. The right candidate should be comfortable working towards enrolment targets while ensuring that operational tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
