Responsibility

• To assist superior in carry out all the in-plant quality control especially in process related matter and maintenance and verification activities in timely manner all of the records.
• To supervise quality control operators to ensure all planned inspection activities are carried out as per planned and comply with standard requirements listed in IMSH scope.
• Responsible for recruit, lead, coach, manage on Quality subordinates in Quality department.
• To arrange and monitor daily duty and overtime duty for subordinates.
• To schedule / prepare and evaluate training activities for Quality subordinates who take charge of online inspection & monitoring.
• To understand the customer specification and requirements and transfer the requirements into the internal controls.
• To ensure that requirements on the new products or new requirements are updated for quality control activities
• To monitor, control, verify and/or approve test results.
• To identify any potential and/or non-conformance output (product / process/ documentation), to segregate and to quarantined according to Non-Conforming Output Procedure.
• Responsible for carrying out investigation on any non-conformance output and perform correction / corrective action implementation to ensure conformance to Quality, Food Safety, HALAL, RSPO SCC & Regulatory requirement.
• To perform inspection and testing at the operations are based on approved quality control plan.
• To conduct testing / experiment / studies for quality checking during production in order to maintain and improve quality standard of products.
• To evaluate the level of effectiveness and to propose long term / short term action plan for continuous improvement.
• To participate in both internal and external compliances audit activities
• To prepare work instruction for new process / activities created or to revise the work instruction as and when changes apply to the process / activities.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to implement 5S and Lean manufacturing practices and improve operational performance.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.

• Implementation of EMS to prevent pollution to environment.
• Follow straightly on safety requirement in handling chemicals and schedule waste.
• Maintaining safety, health and environmental policies and procedure
• Implementation of environmental aspect in EMS
• Implementation of HALAL and HALAL related matters.
• Ensure allergen control program is well implemented.
• Support GMP implementation and GMP related matter

Requirement:

• A bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional degree, Food Technology / Food Science / Biotechnology / Microbiology
• Fresh graduate is encorage to apply.
• Able to converse well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, basic computing knowledge, able to interact well with all level of people, basic decision making and problem solving and leadership.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
