Mandarin Service Operations Executive

Work From Home (WFH)
Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Mandarin via live chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist users with account-related and platform service inquiries.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company SOPs.
• Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting service quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, reading, and written).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Live Chat Support, or a related role is preferred.
• Experience supporting online platforms, digital services, or interactive entertainment platforms is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work from home (WFH).
• Must have a personal laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
