We are looking for Part-Time Warehouse & Event Fabrication Crew to assist with warehouse operations and event setup/dismantling works.

The role involves preparing, fabricating, assembling, installing, and dismantling various event structures and promotional displays. This may include custom event structures such as photobooths, photo walls, arches, backdrops, kiosks, display structures, and other custom-built event items.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations and daily warehouse tasks.
• Assist in fabricating and preparing event structures and displays.
• Assemble and construct custom event structures such as:
• Photowalls and backdrops
• Custom arches
• Kiosks and display booths
• Event structures and frames
• Promotional displays
• Other custom fabrication works
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and event items.
• Assist with transportation preparation and packing of event materials.
• Carry out event setup and installation at event venues.
• Assist with dismantling and packing after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the warehouse and work area.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project leaders.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to project requirements.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willing to work flexible hours depending on event schedules.
• Able to work up to 12 hours per day when required.
• Willing to work at different event locations when required.
• Experience in event fabrication, carpentry, construction, renovation, exhibition, or warehouse work is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and fabrication work is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• No experience is required, as training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates.

Payment & Working Hours

• Daily Rate: RM150 per day
• Working hours: Up to 12 hours per day, depending on project and event requirements.
• Working schedule may vary depending on warehouse operations, event setup, and dismantling schedules.
• Additional working hours or arrangements, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon before the assignment.
• Part-time position with work availability based on ongoing projects and events.
