Job Description

• Assist in preparing and issuing customer invoices.
• Support the collection process by following up on outstanding payments via whatsapp, emails, or other communication channels.
• Update and maintain customer billing and payment records.
• Assist in reconciling customer accounts and identifying billing discrepancies.
• Prepare customer statements and aging reports.
• Record and verify customer payments in the accounting system.
• Assist in filing and organizing billing and collection documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing-related issues.
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks assigned by the senior finance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to gain practical experience.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
