Structure Supervisor – Genting Gohtong Project

Project Location: Genting Gohtong Jaya, Pahang

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Structure Supervisor to join our construction team for our Genting Gohtong Project. The candidate will be responsible for supervising structural works, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and timely project completion according to drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily structural construction activities at site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, engineers, and project team.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and construction schedule.
• Monitor reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and structural-related activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site regulations.
• Assist in material inspection and quality control activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in structural construction works.
• Experience in high-rise / building construction projects is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of structural works, concrete works, and site coordination.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities.
• Willing to work at Genting Gohtong, Pahang.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to project communication requirements.
• Able to communicate effectively with site teams, subcontractors, and project personnel.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
