About the role

As the Branch Manager at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Kota Marudu, Sabah branch. This is a full-time position that will see you play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our regional presence.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

2. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of customer service and sales professionals

3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, market share and customer satisfaction

4. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the local community

5. Monitor and analyse branch performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

7. Collaborate with the wider organisation to support the achievement of overall business objectives

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of successfully managing a branch or retail location in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry

2. Excellent leadership, people management and team-building skills

3. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales and profitability

4. Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement

6. Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience

7. Familiarity with the local Kota Marudu market and customer base
