Site Supervisor (C&S Building Works)

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee all Civil & Structural (C&S) building works on our JKR government construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily C&S works on-site (earthworks, piling, RC structure, brickwork, plastering, finishes)
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and JKR standards
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain project schedule
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets required standards
• Monitor material usage, delivery, and site inventory
• Prepare daily site reports, progress photos, and documentation for JKR submission
• Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants and JKR officers on inspections and approvals
• Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOSH regulations on-site

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Supervisor in building construction
• Candidates with JKR project experience will be strongly preferred
• Able to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Familiar with JKR inspection procedures and documentation requirements
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Putrajaya (Putrajaya)
