Tribe is partnering with an international gaming client and is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their remote support team.

This role focuses on assisting users with account enquiries, payment concerns, and general platform-related issues through online communication channels. You will help customers understand solutions, provide accurate guidance, and ensure a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via live chat and email
• Review customer concerns and provide suitable resolutions
• Assist with payment-related cases such as transaction issues, top-up discrepancies, refunds, and account-related requests
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when required
• Manage multiple customer cases while maintaining service quality

Working Schedule
This position follows a rotating shift arrangement:

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Shift rotation is usually changed every 3–4 weeks. Candidates must be comfortable supporting weekends and public holidays when scheduled.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Fluent communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Diploma or Degree qualification preferred
• Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms
• Interest in gaming or technology-related products is an advantage
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Available to start within a short period is preferred

Fully Remote / Work From Home
Fixed monthly salary: RM3,000
