Job Description

Requirements

  • One year experience in customer service oriented profession

  • Knowledge of Laundry operations,, Excel is helpful

  • Past experiences as a seamstress/tailor a plus

  • Past working experiences working in a textile industry a plus

  • Must be outgoing and able to politely and professionally deal with internal customers from different cultural backgrounds

Responsibilities

  • Ensure costume quality control and line spot check

  • Prepare costume sets from slots

  • Sort costumes returned from Laundry and vise versa

  • Ensure prompt opening of windows based on designated hours for issuance and return of costumes; ensure window is covered at all times to avoid lines; responsible for daily issue of costumes through issue window

  • See that costumes are scanned to the Crew member

  • Maintain inventory of 45,000 + costumes and related items to designated par level; advise Manager of shortages

  • Check costumes returning from laundry for cleanliness; report needed repairs; ensure proper storage

  • Report any costume problems to Wardrobe Manager

  • Maintain sewing equipment

  • Respond to all Guest (internal) requests as required
