Knowledge/Experience Required for the Job
Familiar with contract administration of oil and gas project.
At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
Academic/Professional Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to contract administration and support resolution of contractual issues in a timely and effective manner.
Monitor and ensure contractor and internal compliance with all terms, conditions, and obligations stated in the contract.
Prepare, maintain, and update key project documentation, including AFS Logs and Change Management Logs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Oversee and steward the preparation of AFS Completion and Acceptance documentation, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of final invoicing, ensuring all supporting documents and approvals are in place.
Support project closeout activities, including the compilation of Project Closeout Reports and Final Project Documents for archival and audit purposes.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and consistent adherence to contractual and project documentation standards.
