Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the laundry outlet.
• Supervise and lead the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure high standards of garment care, quality control, and customer service.
• Monitor productivity and maintain operational efficiency.
• Train and guide staff to achieve company standards.
• Assist in inventory control and daily reporting.
• Support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the laundry or dry cleaning industry.
• Experience in supervising or leading a laundry team is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) is an advantage.
