Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership during SIT and UAT phases of a critical project. The ideal candidate will drive defect resolution, support testing teams, ensure system stability, and work closely with development, QA, BA, and business stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical point of contact during SIT and UAT cycles
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional, integration, and data-related defects
- Perform root cause analysis and provide technical solutions
- Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, developers, and business teams during defect triage
- Ensure code quality, configuration accuracy, and deployment readiness
- Support UAT fixes, regression testing, and release sign-offs
- Provide technical inputs for project status, risks, and readiness assessments
- Guide and mentor technical team members on best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of software development experience with technical leadership exposure
- Strong experience supporting SIT/UAT testing cycles in large-scale projects
- Hands-on experience with enterprise application development (Java / .NET or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and databases
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Insurance domain or system migration project experience is highly preferred
