Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of apartment facilities, equipment, and common areas.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, tenants, and other departments.
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, lighting, doors, windows, locks, and basic carpentry work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including water pumps, generators, fire protection systems, and HVAC equipment.
• Report major repair requirements to the Maintenance Executive.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and completed work orders.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the workshop clean and in good working condition.
• Assist with renovation projects and room preparation when required.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repair works.
• Ensure all maintenance materials and spare parts are used responsibly and report low stock levels.
• Support emergency maintenance and be available for after-hours duties when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
