K-Plastics Industries Hiring! Full Time Blow Molding Technician in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

• Responsible for technical activities in Molding Section (Ensure proper setting up and change over of machine, new product testing, etc.) .
• Responsible for effective operation of Molding machine and to work with QA and QI to ensure product quality is met.
• To ensure sufficient of consumable goods for daily requirement that is PE bags, carton, tape and etc.
• To perform daily inspection and maintenance to essential machine and equipment to achieve smooth working condition (by top up hydraulic oil and lubricants.)
• Responsible to service, repair and maintain all machines and moulds as per schedule and moulds and when required.
• To clean mould surfaces and grease mould guide pins and bush twice a week and assist tool room supervisor on mould repair.
• To maintain inventory of spare parts and inform superior when stock level is low.
• To maintain all required records as per requirement.
• Responsible for the control of on line reject
• To ensure working area, machines and equipment are in safe and clean condition at all time.
• To carry out any other instruction given by superior from and refer to superior in case of any deviations from standard procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
