Job Summary

To manage the Company's accounting functions, ensure accurate financial records, and support the preparation of financial reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts or assigned accounting functions (AP, AR, GL).
• Verify and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist to prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred in similar capacity
• Hands on in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
