岗位职责
A. Job Description :
1. Maintain and update accounting records of the company.
2. Verification and posting of all invoices from suppliers, to ensure the accuracy and time lines for month end closing.
3. Assist to prepare annual budgets/branch accounts and monthly variance report for monitoring branch performance.
B. Qualifications :
1. Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Economic/Accounting/LCCI.
2. Minimum 2-3 years accounting experience in commercial setting in similar capacity.
3. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Ability to organize, possess good working attitude, high integrity & ability to work independently.
5. Hands-on experience in using accounting software such as UBS/SQL/AutoCount is compulsory.
6. Must be fully conversant with Microsoft office applications such as Words and Excel.
7. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
