主要工作职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 订舱与操作协调： 接收客户的订舱委托，并根据客户需求，向船公司（Shipping Lines）、同行（Co-loaders）、报关行（Customs Brokers）及车队（Trucking Providers）下达订舱及操作指令。
• 舱单与资料提交： 准确且及时地提交补料（SI）、货重声明（VGM）及各类目的港舱单信息（如 AMS / ISF / ENS 等）。
• 单证制作与管理： 制作并管理海运及空运的进出口文件，包括母单（MBL）、分单（HBL）及其他相关运输单证。
• 多方业务对接： 积极协调内部各部门、客户、供应商及承运商，确保物流操作流程顺畅、沟通无阻。
• 账目与费用结算： 负责日常费用的核对、开具发票（Invoicing）以及账目结算流程。
• Booking & Operation Coordination: Receive customers’ booking requests and arrange bookings/operational instructions with shipping lines, co-loaders, customs brokers, and trucking providers according to customer requirements.
• Manifest Submission: Ensure accurate and timely submission of Shipping Instructions (SI), Verified Gross Mass (VGM), and all required destination manifest information (AMS / ISF / ENS, etc.).
• Documentation Management: Prepare and manage sea freight and air freight import/export documentation, including Master Bill of Lading (MBL), House Bill of Lading (HBL), and other related shipping documents.
• Liaison & Communication: Coordinate closely with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth operational processes and seamless communication.
• Billing & Invoicing: Handle freight costing, invoicing, billing verification, and payment settlement processes.
