主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 新客户开发： 利用公司在美加航线（U.S. & Canada lanes）的竞争优势，通过冷call（电话推销）、行业展会等渠道，每周积极开发潜在的新客户。
• 客户关系维护： 主动维护分配给您的现有客户关系，提升客户满意度，并定期向高级经理汇报客户反馈。
• 客户拜访与业绩达标： 每周进行客户实地拜访，以扩大客户群，并全力达成公司设定的月度/年度客户数量及业绩指标（KPI）。
• 账期风险控制： 降低应收账款（AR）风险，积极协助财务部门跟进并催收逾期款项。

• New Business Development: Identify and acquire new corporate clients weekly through cold calling, attending industry exhibitions, and networking, leveraging the company’s competitive U.S. and Canada shipping routes.
• Account Management: Proactively maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, enhance customer satisfaction, and provide regular feedback to the Senior Manager.
• Client Visits & KPIs: Conduct weekly client visits to expand the customer base and achieve monthly/annual sales targets and client acquisition KPIs.
• Credit Control & AR Management: Mitigate accounts receivable (AR) risks and actively assist the Finance Department in chasing and collecting overdue payments.

• 学历背景： 大专/本科学历或以上，国际贸易或物流管理相关专业者优先考虑。

• 差旅接受度： 能配合工作需要，接受外出发工或跨州出差拜访客户。
• 语言能力： 必须精通英语或华语（若能精通双语或懂马来语/方言，将获得优先考虑）。

• Education: College degree/Diploma or above; Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a strong habit of continuous learning and self-reflection.
• Teamwork & Leadership Potential: Responsibility-driven, a great team player willing to contribute to team success, with the potential to grow into a leadership role.
• Mobility: Possess own transport and be willing to travel for business/client visits as required.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English or Mandarin is required (Fluency in both languages, or knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia/local dialects, will be a strong advantage to liaise with various counterparts).
