Job Overview:

The PMC (Production Planning & Material Control) Executive supports production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations, timely delivery, and efficient material usage in battery manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Update production schedules and monitor progress against plan.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Track production output and report variances to PMC Manager.
• Monitor raw material, components, and packaging material inventory levels.
• Assist in material requirement planning (MRP) for production needs.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams for material availability.
• Support stock control, FIFO implementation, and inventory accuracy.
• Liaise with production, QA/QC, warehouse, logistics, and purchasing departments.
• Follow up on material shortages, production delays, and delivery issues.
• Support cross-functional communication for smooth workflow.
• Maintain production planning records, schedules, and inventory reports.
• Prepare daily production reports and material usage summaries.
• Update planning systems/Excel trackers and ERP systems.
• Assist in audit documentation and compliance records.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
