Minimum Diploma in Landscape, Horticulture or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year working experience in soft services specifically in cleaning and landscaping.
• Have work experience in managing soft service team (i.e., cleaners & gardeners)

Job Scope:

• Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
• Coaching and developing employees (cleaners)
• Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
• Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
• Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
• Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out
• Identify the presence of weed, insect, and disease problems in turf and ornamental plants.
• Instruct crews in mechanical weed control strategies best suited for weed type and time of year. Apply herbicides as needed under IPM program to control difficult weeds and large-scale infestations.
• Communicate insect and disease problems to Account Manager.
• Manage the performance and development of Crew Leaders, providing clear guidance and direction, recognizing exceptional effort and results, and promptly and respectfully correcting mistakes.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
