PY Konsep Perunding Hiring! Full Time Junior Design Engineer (C-S) in Sabah - Ricebowl

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of engineering designs, technical documentation, tender submissions, and project coordination activities. This position offers excellent exposure to infrastructure, geotechnical, civil, and structural engineering projects while providing opportunities for professional development.

• Assist senior engineers in the preparation of engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports.

• Coordinate with engineers, draughtspersons, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of project documentation.

• Prepare, organize, maintain, and update project records and document control systems.

• Manage incoming and outgoing technical correspondence, drawings, reports, and project documents.

• Assist in the preparation and compilation of tender documents, technical proposals, and bid submissions.

• Support the review of tender specifications, scope of works, and contract requirements.

• Monitor document revisions and ensure proper distribution of approved documents to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in project scheduling, progress tracking, and administrative coordination.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities when required.

• Ensure compliance with company quality management procedures and documentation standards.

• Perform site visits and inspections when necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and engineering software will be an added advantage.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and document management capabilities.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language is an advantage
