We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Executive to support Tencent’s gaming users. You’ll be helping players resolve issues and ensuring they enjoy a seamless gaming experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Chat and email support for players facing in-game issues
- Troubleshoot account, login, bug, and payment-related problems
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex cases
- Work with internal tools to manage tickets efficiently
- Deliver excellent player experience every day
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Mandarin + English
- At least 1 year experience in customer service roles
- Gaming knowledge (mobile or PC) is a strong plus
- Familiar with common gaming issues (login, bugs, top-up, etc.)
- Able to work onsite at Taman Molek, Melaka
Details:
- RM3,000 basic salary
- Working Hours (Rotational Shift):
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Full-time position
Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
