We are looking for a proactive and sales-driven individual to expand our corporate training business and build long-term relationships with clients throughout Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Skillworks Consultancy Sdn Bhd is a growing training and consultancy company specializing in healthcare, professional development, conferences, and HRDC Claimable training programmes.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and helping organizations identify suitable training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales visits to hospitals, clinics, corporate organizations, universities, and government agencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and training participants.
• Generate training registrations and corporate bookings.

Sales & Customer Service

• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Follow up leads and quotations.
• Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed registrations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Administrative Support

• Update CRM and sales records.
• Prepare weekly sales activity reports.
• Work closely with Training Admin and Digital Marketing team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
